I made this back around 2000 or so. My guild was holding a challenge to go with Fons and Porter Magazines "cutting bee" series. We swapped strips of different fabrics and we were supposed to use them in a scrappy quilt using one of the patterns they publishd in their magazine over several months or using a pattern of our own choice. I decided to make a scrappy Lady of the Lake, and I set it on point. This is one of my 3 favorite quilts that I've ever done. I guess other people liked it, too, since they picked mine as the winner of that challenge!

Ah, very nice! Thanks for the peek. 340 HSTs to go. With mine, since the dark sides are all reds, I was thinking all along I'd do the setting triangles in red as well. Now I'm not so sure.
